Customer is responsible for providing high speed Internet connection to each device, Internet Accessible Windows PC with current ActiveSync (or Vista / Windows 7), and administrative support. Some Support configurations may require customer to purchase and install additional network services, hardware, and / or software. File Transfer times are affected by network speeds and performance. Wi-Fi connection performance preferred for some SmartPhone support activity. Not all software packages can be remote loaded to SmartPhones.
